There are a lot of options but if you want a gaming PC, I recommend bit-tech who does a buyer’s guide every month. This is their latest one: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/buyers-guide/2010/03/09/pc-hardware-buyers-guide-march-2010/1

In the article, they have a few different configurations that match a certain budget. All of them exceed the power of a 360 and PS3 so don’t worry.
